1) No purchase necessary.

2) Contest is open to Canadian Residents Entrants under the age of majority must have their parent/guardian consent to their entry.

3) To enter complete the entry on-line at www.t-fal.ca and submit before midnight October 30th. Once we select a winning entry they will have to answer a skill testing question.

4) There will be one grand prize consisting of… * Return (economy) airfare for two (2) from an international airport closest to the winner’s residence from within the designated airline flying to Toronto, Ontario; b) two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) (double-occupancy) at the Waterloo Inn in Waterloo; c) One (1) T-fal kitchen consisting of (Professional Cookware set, Actifry, food processor, kettle, toaster, raclette, and our signature skate Canada Frypans valued at $1300 (CAD); d) an Artistry make over consultation along with a complete Make up and Skin Care System line (valued at $600) and e) T-fal VIP passes to the event, which includes: i) transportation services to and from event; ii) designated Hot Spot seats to the event iii) Access to the VIP lounge f) $500 CDN Spending Money. All transportation to and from the airport, departure tax, insurance, fuel charges, travel related fees and items of a personal nature, including food, beverages, room service, wine and bar charges, gratuities and local and long distance telephone calls, are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner and his/her accompanying guest. Proper travel documentation is the winner’s and their traveling companion’s responsibility. 5) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. T-Fal reserves itself the right to change any prize to a product of an equivalent or better value

Artistry is not a sponsor of this promotion and is in no way responsible for its administration. By entering this Contest, participants agree to release Artistry and its affiliates from any liability arising from or related to the Contest.

6) A random draw will be made in Scarborough, Ontario from all eligible entries received before the Contest Closing Date on (Oct 30th) at 9:00 a.m. EST. Maximum one entry per person.

7) The selected entrant will be contacted within two days of the draw by e-mail or by phone and must have correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question to win. In the event the selected entrant is under the age of majority, the prize will be awarded to his/her parent/legal guardian who must sign the appropriate liability/publicity releases.

8) By entering this contest you grant Groupe SEB Canada the right to publish your name and city name after the draw takes place and to use the information submitted in further marketing efforts by Groupe SEB Canada.

9) All entries become the property of Groupe SEB Canada, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Groupe SEB Canada on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or down loading any material in the promotion.
